How do I place an order?

To order click on the 'Buy Now' to add item(s) to your cart. You can add/delete items in your cart by clicking on the appropriate button. Once we have received notification of your order by credit card we will process your order and you will receive an email receipt of your order.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We also accept PayPal or postal money orders. Your credit card will be billed through RichWay International.


How much will the shipping cost and how is it determined?

Shipping prices are product-based. When you select the product(s) you wish to purchase and fill out the form at checkout, the shipping charge will be displayed. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.

We try to ship within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment, but shipping may take up to 14 days. Shipping times vary. We will notify you if there will be a significant delay in shipping your product(s) to you. We ship UPS, sorry but we cannot deliver to (PO Box) Postal Boxes. Ship to address must a physical address. When you select the product(s) you wish to purchase and fill out the form at checkout, the shipping charge will be displayed so you know exactly how much is added to cover shipping and handling. Orders requiring Rush Delivery and/or Special Handling will be subject to additional special handling charges. When we receive an order requiring special handling we will inform you by email of any additional charges. If you would like to request special handling or rush delivery please email our customer service department

I have 220v electricity; can I order a 220v version?

Yes, we can special order a 220v version. It takes an extra 2-3 weeks. There is no extra cost for a 220v version. If you would like to special order a 220v version, email before you order so we can look out for your order and change it to a special order for the 220v version, then you can order the regular 120v version through our shopping cart.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally via FedEx, but additional fees apply. Additional fees will be added after you order based on your location. Guam, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will add additional $20. Canada residents do not have additional shipping charges, but must pay duty and import tax fees. Other countries please email for your additional fees. Fees are determined based on your country, city and address. In addition, a country tax (required) may be added to your order by FedEx.

Professionals Discount

If you are a professional in the medical field, a certified Chiropractor or massage therapist, or have been certified in any healing modality, you qualify for a $100 discount. Distributor Terms

To become a Distributor of RichWay International, Inc., a person (or legal entity) needs to purchase the Distributors Kit for $27.95 plus $15 shipping. If you have yet to make your initial purchase, purchase a Distributor Kit so you can start earning referral income right away. RichWay International Inc., willfully accept applicants for new Independent Representatives (herein referred to as I.R.) to market their products to retail customers. Whereas: the applicant is interested in becoming an I.R., and earning compensation for the sale of Company Products to the retail customer. Therefore these persons enter and agree to the Terms and Conditions herein set forth:

  • All application details must be filled out completely and properly. RichWay and will not be responsible for loss of commissions or bonuses, nor delays in Distributor registrations due to errors by Distributors in preparing, or sending in this application or other documents.
  • Distributor I.D. number. RichWay will issue each Distributor a RichWay I.D. number. Please use the RichWay I.D. number for all communications. Distributors are requested to use their I.D. number on their marketing materials and customer orders.
  • Distributor Limitation. Only one distributorship per person shall be given. All distributors must be of legal age as defined by the state in which the distributor resides.
  • Agreement: As an independent contractor, the distributor shall abide by any, and all federal, state, county and local laws, Policies and procedures pertaining to the Distributors application , and/or acquisition, receipt, holding, selling, distributing or advertising of company products.
  • The distributor shall make, execute, or file, at his/her own expense, all reports and obtain licenses as required by law or public authority with respect to the application. The distributor is solely responsible for declaration and payment of all local, state, and federal taxes as they accrue because of the distributor's activities in connection with the application.
  • The RichWay business is to create ultimate consumers by retailing RichWay products, for their personal use, or family use. It is company policy, however, to strictly prohibit the purchase of products in unreasonable amounts solely for the purpose of qualifying for commissions or advancement in the marketing commission program. Distributors may not load inventory, not encourage others to load inventory. The RichWay Compensation plan promotes such activities. Failure to abide by this policy will result in termination. A distributor must be able to document that at least 70% of products purchased have been sold. Distributors will be requested to prove retailing of products.
  • A distributor who sponsors other distributors must accept and fulfill the obligation of performing a bona fide supervisory sales management function in marketing products to the ultimate consumer, educating these distributors in the RichWay's Code of Ethics, Policies, and Procedures, RichWay compensation plan, and other business practices.
  • Distributors receive bonuses based on volume of RichWay products sold by themselves and their marketing organization. The RichWay Compensation Plan describes the calculation of weekly bonuses and monthly bonuses. Weekly bonus checks are paid two weeks after proof in which the bonuses were qualified, and monthly bonus payment (sponsor training bonus) are paid on the last weekend of every month.
  • RichWay makes no claims or warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, any claim for earnings and benefits concerning their products other than those included in RichWays written literature. Any claims for earnings or warranties of any kind, or any advertisement of RichWay products, must be approved in writing by RichWay prior to dissemination.
  • The terms of the agreement is not in force until acceptance by the RichWay office. The term of the agreement is valid until the end of the year in which it was accepted by the RichWay office. A distributor shall be entitled to cancel this agreement at any time for any reason upon submission of written notice to the RichWay Corporate office.
  • The agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Hawaii, and all claims, disputes and other matters between the parties of the agreement shall be made in Honolulu Hawaii.
  • When you order a RichWay product online through this website you agree to be bound by these policies. If you do not please email and notify us that you do not agree by these terms and policies set forth by RichWay and

    Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders are subject to pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.


    RichWay International, Inc. warranty term is 3 years. If there are any problems with the product, the company will repair or exchange the product. The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not pay for postage on returns. International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if order is refused.

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days subject to less refund depending on refund period. You may cancel this transaction without any penalty or obligation within 7 days after receipt of the product. If you cancel any payment made by you under the contract or sale will be returned following receipt by RichWay of your product for return.

    If you cancel, you must return the product in substantially as good condition as when received any goods delivered to you under the contract or sale.

    Call RichWay for a return authorization number which you write on the package under their address. Item(s) must be shipped back to RichWay International. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

    Please pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. You can use the original shipping carton it was shipped to you in. Please ship your parcel back to RichWay freight prepaid! We suggest you use UPS Ground Service "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.

    Refund period:

    1-7 days from date of delivery receive full 100% refund. 8-14 days from date of delivery receive 70% refund. 15-30 days from date of delivery receive 50% refund. 31 or more days from delivery date receive 0% refund.
